Linkarou is a link management and optimization platform that allows users to create intelligent redirects based on geographic location, device type, and other targeting parameters for affiliate marketing and traffic optimization purposes.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to use Linkarou for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any applicable laws
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful code distribution
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Adult content, gambling, or illegal substances (where prohibited)
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Intellectual property infringement
• Activities that could harm or overload our infrastructure

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes when possible
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when feasible

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service

• You retain ownership of your content and data
• We may aggregate anonymous usage data for service improvement
• You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data

• Linkarou and its features are protected by intellectual property laws
• You grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the service
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of our service
• All trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKAROU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
• We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion
• Certain provisions of these terms survive termination

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
